Christine & Shane now jointly own with Johnathon & Mandy, a beach residence each on half an acre, located side by side as remodelled relocatables at Pataua South. Pataua South is located 20 mins East of Whangarei on good sealed roads. Pataua South is a very popular beachside area with the particularly safe estuary for young children and learner sailors, wind surfers etc, and 5 minutes walk along the beach is an excellent surf beach for older children.

Each unit comfortably sleeps 4 in the bedroom, and is fully self contained with all utilities. The layout of the unit is that of a long rectangle divided into 1/4s. The bedroom occupies 1/4, the lounge cooking area 2/4, and the bathroom/shower the remaining 1/4. The bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunks.

The following are some photos that we have taken. They show the units themselves, various views from the units and along the beach, high tide and low tide, and a view of all of Pataua South from the mountain which is 10 minutes walk along the beach.
