My name is Dr Shane Reti, and the purpose for this site is primarily as a contact site. I am a medical practitioner in Whangarei, New Zealand, registered both with the NZMC and the GMC. There currently are a large number of GPs in NZ who also have dual registration and want to maintain this. An informal email group has been formed to achieve the following:

• Explore equivalence of NZ MOPS for UK revalidation
• Explore work opportunities in the UK
• Generally be informed of UK registration matters as it relates to those already registered with the GMC
